Does the chatbot book rooms?
Not on its own — it forwards the enquiry with context (date, guest count, preferences) to your email. The front desk decides on price and availability.
What languages does it answer in?
Polish and English by default. German on request. Guests write in their own language; the chatbot detects it and replies in kind.
What if the chatbot doesn't know the answer?
It says honestly that it doesn't know and asks for an email or front desk number. It doesn't make things up.
Can I switch it off out of season?
Yes. You pause the subscription, the snippet stays, the chatbot stops answering. When season returns — reactivation in 1 day.
