How much does a website cost?

Mini — 2,000 PLN, scope matched to a small property. Standard — 4,500 PLN, a full property website with a booking link and SEO done in full. Premium — 8,500 PLN, scope tailored to the property and its requirements, with its own booking engine and API integrations. Optional monthly care from 199 PLN / month. Final prices (vendor is VAT-exempt under art. 113.1 of Polish VAT law).

How does the Review Monitor work?

Every morning at 8 AM you get an email digest with yesterday's reviews from Booking and Google. I tell you what guests praised, what they complained about, and what to do today. Plus weekly trends and a monthly PDF report. 30-day free trial, no card. Plans: Solo 149 PLN / Plus 299 PLN / Network 499 PLN per month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You pay monthly, cancel whenever you want. No annual contracts on any Tracify subscription product.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. I configure and maintain everything on my side. You receive a ready, working system and onboarding on how to use it.

Do you serve clients across Poland?

Yes — 100% remote, based in Trzebiatów. I work with clients across the country: hotels, B&Bs, cabins, apartments, e-commerce, service businesses. Video calls, invoiced billing.
