1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We collect data that you provide voluntarily through the contact form on the site: name, email, property name (optional), and the message content. We also collect limited statistical and technical data about site traffic via self-hosted Umami, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and Google Analytics 4 — including pageviews, URLs, traffic sources, devices, browsers, language, approximate location (country/city), link clicks, and form submissions.

The site includes an AI assistant (chat) in the hero section and as a floating button in the bottom-right corner. If you use the chat, we process: message content, session ID (an anonymous UUID stored in your browser's localStorage), message timestamp, page URL, and approximate location (country). If you provide an email, phone number, or company name in the conversation, that data is also saved as a lead. The chat runs on Tracify infrastructure (n8n + Tracify Brain) hosted in Poland. The conversation may be enriched in the background by an OpenAI model response — in that case the text of your message is passed to OpenAI to generate a reply (it is not used to train the model). You can clear your full chat history by clearing your browser's localStorage.

3. Purpose of processing

We process form data to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a possible offer for our services. We process statistical and technical data to measure site traffic, evaluate content effectiveness, improve the service, and detect technical issues. Legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.

4. Retention period

We retain data for the period necessary to respond to your enquiry, no longer than 12 months from last contact, unless cooperation is established — in which case for the duration of the agreement and the period required by law.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Form data is processed on infrastructure controlled by the controller. Limited statistical and technical data may also be processed by Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. as part of Ahrefs Web Analytics and by Google LLC as part of Google Analytics 4. Per the documentation of those services, transfer to those recipients may be cross-border, including outside the EU/EEA, with appropriate legal safeguards.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object. You can write to us at any time at [email protected], and we will promptly handle your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Cookies and analytics

The site tracify.pl uses self-hosted Umami, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic statistics and the effectiveness of page elements. We also use Umami for our own events such as phone number clicks, email clicks, contact form submissions, and chat widget activity. According to its documentation, Ahrefs Web Analytics works without cookies and without persistent identifiers. GA4 may use first-party cookies to recognise returning users — you can block them in your browser settings.
