Tracify.pl / About
Michał Tracz · Founder
I build AI and automation that helps companies move faster and stay visible online. Tracify.pl grew naturally out of my interest in technology, process automation, and practical use of AI. Today I help hotels, B&Bs, cabins, e-commerce, and service businesses deploy tools that save time, organise work, and support sales.
Focus
AI and automation for businesses
From chatbots and workflows to deployments built on your own infrastructure and company data.
Industries
Hotels, services, e-commerce
I focus on industries where automation, SEO, and GEO show fast, visible results.
Stack
n8n, RAG, Python, AI agents
I match tools to a real process, not the other way round. Outcome and ease of maintenance come first.
Working model
Remote across Poland
One person, no middlemen. You talk directly to me from audit through to implementation.
My path
From a tech hobby to Tracify.pl
I've always been drawn to technology, simplifying work, and finding better ways of doing things. First it was curiosity: how to connect tools, how to automate repetitive tasks, and how to make a system do work that someone normally does manually, step by step.
Over time that interest became practice: building workflows, agents, simple tools, knowledge bases, and processes that genuinely save time. At some point bringing this to businesses became the natural next step, because the impact of well-designed automation is most visible there.
That's how Tracify.pl came about. Not as another "AI project" but as a practical brand for shipping things that have to work: chatbots, voicebots, automations, data monitoring, SEO/GEO audits, and solutions built on your own infrastructure.
How it looks in practice
Three layers of work
Technology as a hobby
Experiments with tooling, workflows, prompts, models, and automation of everyday processes.
Practical implementations
Building solutions on n8n, Python, RAG, AI agents, and connections between services.
Tracify.pl for businesses
A focus on industries with lots of enquiries, data, and repeatable processes: accommodation, services, e-commerce.
Tools and technology
What I work with
I pick tools to fit a specific process. For some businesses, automating enquiries matters most; for others it's data monitoring, an AI agent, or stronger visibility in Google and generative answers.
n8n
For building workflows, integrations, and process automation without piling on unnecessary complexity.
Claude Code and Codex
For faster iteration on code, sites, content, and technical processes.
NeMo Agent Toolkit
For building more advanced agents, orchestration, and self-hosted backbones.
LangChain and RAG
For systems built on company knowledge that answer with context instead of guessing.
Python
For custom scripts, analyses, monitoring, and bits of logic that don't belong in no-code.
SEO and GEO
For improving content, data, and site authority so it's better visible in Google and AI answers.
Who I help
Industries and types of businesses
I focus most where technology can quickly bring order to enquiries, data, and sales. Above all, businesses that are visible online and want to operate more efficiently.
Hotels and B&Bs
Websites, review monitoring on Booking and Google, on-site chatbots, price monitoring, and better online visibility.
Cabins and resorts
Processes for small and mid-sized properties where fast response and ease of deployment matter.
E-commerce
Automation of support, integrations, reports, and the daily processes that eat up team time.
Service businesses
SEO, GEO, forms, follow-ups, AI agents, and processes that put customer service in order.
How I work
Three principles I follow
I start with the process, not the tool
First I look at what's repetitive, chaotic, or blocking sales today. Only then do I pick the stack.
I like solutions that hold up
The point isn't to deploy 'something with AI' — it's that the company has a system that actually works in a month and a quarter.
I care about business outcomes
Less manual work, faster customer responses, better leads, cleaner data, or stronger online visibility.
Growth and credibility
Constantly learning and testing new approaches
I work in a fast-moving area, so I regularly test new models, frameworks, and ways of deploying automation in practice. On the formal side, I have, among others, completed Microsoft AI Essentials and several Claude courses. On the practical side, what matters most to me is putting every new tool through a real use case, not just a slide deck.
