Build - one-time payment
Most properties choose Standard. If your project does not fit one of the three packages, send me the number of rooms, pages and languages and I will prepare a quote for your case.

Why owners choose me
A small or mid-sized property usually does not need an agency team. It needs one person who designs, codes and looks after the website, including outside the season.
You write to me and I answer. No salesperson, project manager and technical department. A price, photo or seasonal offer is one message, not a ticket.
I know how much happens in a property at once: bookings, guests, staff, reviews and the season. I organise the project so you make fewer decisions and do not spend evenings on the website.
A launch is not the end. Prices, packages, photos and reviews change. In care I keep the site working, make small changes and send traffic reports with suggestions.
I do not build a site just so it exists online. It should be fast, clear and prepared for Google, AI search and the questions guests actually ask.
The code, domain and inbox should not stay on my account. You own everything from day one and stay in care because you choose to, not because you are locked in.

A short free call. You show the idea or current website, I ask questions and tell you what it costs and when we can start.
You get a simple copy brief. Photos can be yours, stock or from a photographer I recommend. I assemble the website design.
You click through the website in a test environment. We collect comments and make changes, with two rounds included or three in Premium.
We publish. Hosting, SSL and the domain inbox work. You can choose monthly care or manage the website yourself.

Yes. This is my natural area: I live in Trzebiatów and have public projects in Rewal and Pogorzelica. I do not create empty pages for every town. I build one strong property website with local context, attractions, useful answers, photos and a clear booking path.
Mini takes 7-10 business days, Standard 2-3 weeks and Premium 4-6 weeks. The pace depends mainly on your materials, such as copy and photos. I start when I receive the complete set.
No. You buy the build once, and monthly care can be cancelled month to month. I do not require an annual contract.
Lite at 199 PLN includes hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, backups and 1.5 hours of minor changes. Pro at 399 PLN adds 3 hours of changes, a monthly SEO audit and a report. Premium at 799 PLN adds one monthly blog post, faster response and checks of whether AI cites your business.
Yes. Every package includes configuration of an inbox on your domain, such as [email protected]. After the first year the inbox costs from 25 PLN per month, or you can move it to another provider.
If you stay on Lite, hosting and monitoring are included at 199 PLN per month. Without care, typical maintenance costs are hosting at 0-15 PLN per month, an inbox from 25 PLN per month and a domain at around 80 PLN per year. You can return to care or move the site at any time.
That is fine. Every package includes a simple copy brief. I can use your photos, choose premium stock photography or recommend a local photographer. Premium also includes editing copy across the website.
Astro, Tailwind and Cloudflare Pages. This combination gives a light website, simpler maintenance and a good foundation for performance. The result still depends on the actual content, images and configuration.
Yes. The code is yours from day one. You can move the website to another developer at any time. Nothing in the setup is meant to lock you in.
