Own project: the Tracify.pl website

A case study of Tracify's own website: accommodation-focused services, portfolio, SEO/GEO, educational content, contact and GA4.

tracify.pl is Michał Tracz’s own project, not a client website. It is the brand’s front door, a place to present services and a practical example of how I prepare websites for accommodation properties.

One website for a clear specialisation

The main subject of the site is websites, review monitoring, SEO/GEO audits and automations for hotels, guesthouses, apartments and cabins. Instead of listing services without context, the website starts with problems an accommodation owner knows from daily work: bookings, guest questions, reviews and visibility.

The site includes:

  • Web Design packages and monthly care,
  • Review Monitor, Hotel Price Monitor and AI Assistant,
  • a dedicated projects page and case studies,
  • resources about SEO, GEO and automations,
  • a contact form and a clear route to a conversation,
  • an English version of the website.

Portfolio as proof, not a promise

The projects section separates confirmed public client work from Tracify’s own website and openly marked examples. This keeps the portfolio specific and makes it clear what a visitor can actually inspect.

Technology and maintenance

The site is built as a lightweight Astro website with modern image formats, structured data, GA4 and a contact flow. The same principles apply to client work: fast loading, clear content, ownership of the code and practical maintenance after launch.

What this means for an accommodation owner

A specialist website should show the audience, offer and evidence in one place. It should answer what is being built, for whom and what the next step looks like without hiding behind generic agency language.
